Piggy Paint Review & Giveaway!
Piggy Paint was founded after Melanie Hurley was painting her two girls nails one day. While painting their nails over a foam paint one of her daughters dropped a glob of polish onto the plate. Shortly after that the polish began bubbling and “eating” through the plate. She decided to test all of her nail polishes that way and found the same result. That is when she made the decision that none of those solvent based polish were going on her daughters nails ever again and she came up with Piggy Paint. Her paint is made from natural ingredients, odorless, hypoallergenic and biodegradable. How cool is that? I love a mompreneur with a fabulous product!
I received a bottle of Piggy Paint in the Candy Coated color and the Piggy Paint Nail Polish Remover. I have to admit that I was skeptical if Piggy Paint Nail Polish Remover would take off my non-Piggy Paint polish but it truly amazed me. It worked as well, if not better than the harsh chemicals I had always used before. I have to mention that my husband LOVED how it didn’t have any odor to it what so ever.
As soon as I saw the Candy Coated color of the Piggy Paint I knew it was one I would love. It is dark enough to be noticed on the toes and light enough to look nice on the fingers.
It always puzzles me how nail polish never stays on kid’s nails as well as they do adults. I have my theories but I was excited that Piggy Paint included a tip for that in my package. They suggested letting the polish dry on it’s own then going over it with a hair dryer on low for a few moments. I’m excited to see how this works!
Here is some information that I pulled from the Piggy Paint website:

Pocket Purifier Revew & Giveaway!
In today’s world where staying healthy and germ-free is more important than ever, the Pocket Purifier finds itself with a large audience.
Purely Enterprises, makers of the Pocket Purifier, print these claims on their packaging. The purifier uses the same germicidal ultraviolet light (UV-C) technology used in hospitals to sterilize surgical equipment. It also claims to eliminate 99.9% of germs that could cause colds and flu. E-Coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus are also on the list. To use effectively, you must expose a surface to the germ-killing light for about 10 to 15 seconds.
The Pocket Purifier has many pros. Since it only emits a germ-killing light, there is no need for any sprays. You don’t have to worry about chemicals getting near your food, or worse, around your children. Using a built in 4 watt germicidal ultraviolet light, the Pocket Purifier deactivates the DNA of bacteria, viruses and other pathogens destroying their ability to multiply.
The Pocket Purifier is perfect for people who like to be cautious while on-the-go as well as at home. It’s hand held size makes it great to slip in your purse to take it with you anywhere.

Features & Benefits:
* Built in 4 watt germicidal ultraviolet light, deactivates the DNA of bacteria, viruses and other pathogens destroying their ability to multiply.
* The specially designed UV-Lid™ helps avoid any harm of ultraviolet light to eyes and skin and also enhances the germ-killing function.
* Suitable for purifying masks, kitchen utensils, telephone sets, nail clippers, scissors, baby toys, pacifiers, cribs, strollers and most everyday items.
* Powered by 4 (AA) batteries for easy carrying and safe usage.

I received a Black Pocket Purifier to review. I love it! It’s adorable, light weight, and I like the built-in flashlight!
Right away I used it on my laptop, toothbrush, and kitchen counter.
Here are some facts about germs that disturbed me:
*Desktops have almost 21,000 germs per square inch and phones more than 25,000 per square inch (compared with a mere 49 per square inch on toilet seats)!
*Highly contagious infectious particles can spray from a sneeze at speeds of up to 200 miles per hour, landing at a distance of three feet from the offender and survive there for over 24 hours! Yuck!
*Women between the ages of 20 and 30 have more colds than men because of the exposure they receive from their children.

Pocket Purifier is warranted for 1-Year after purchase for all parts excluding germicidal UV-C bulb defective in workmanship and materials. Pocket Purifier UV-C germicidal bulb is warranted for 6-months from date of purchase.
To Buy: Visit Purely Products and purchase your very own Pocket Purifier for only $29.95. Available in black or pink.
To Win: Tell me one place you’ll use your Pocket Purifier if you are the winner and follow Beauty4Moms Facebook Page (you must leave me a comment with your fb name or a link showing me you’re following).

Smart Mom Jewelery Review

I really love Smart Mom Jewelry. If you've been around a teething baby you know that they like to put everything in their mouths, absolutely nothing is off limits! Smart Mom Jewelry has the solution, they have a great product line called Teething Bling. This is a line of jewelry made for moms with the express purpose that babies can use the jewelry to chew on and teeth on safely, without worry. Their products are made of high quality, phthalate-free, federally approved silicone. The products are latex free, non-toxic, food-safe and dishwasher safe as well! You can even find many celebrities wearing the Smart Mom products.
The pendants and bangles come in a variety of colors and patterns, from the bright and cheery to more subdued and serious. Some of the patterns mimic real gemstones more so than others. I reviewed the Lapis Lazuli necklace, and from a short distance, this piece actually does look similar to gemstone jewelry. The cords on the pendants are black silk and are quite attractive.
If your baby is chewing on your jewelry already then Teething Bling jewelry might be the perfect solution you. It would definitely make a fun, unusual baby shower gift!
Layers Clothing Review
Layers Clothing is a clothing label that stared in 2005 that offers a great line of clothing options for women. They have great pieces ranging from dresses to camis to bathing suits. They want to offer a line of clothing to women that is both fashionable and affordable.
I absolutely love how the founder and designer, Michelle Boley, followed her heart and designed a clothing line that is intentionally modest. Here is her quote that appeared in an interview with her on the companies blog. She said “Modest styling is the most timeless and trend-proof. As a conservative designer, it can be discouraging that the word “modesty” often has a negative connotation as it relates to fashion. I think a modestly dressed woman gives off an aura of allure and confidence. She has style and self-assuredness, while having nothing to prove.” I couldn’t agree more!

Layers Clothing sent me the Dylan shirt to review. It has a great round neck and is form fitting just enough to give me some shape. This is a fabulous shirt, the addition of the asymmetrical pleat at the top adds a nice detail. I received it in steel, but they also have it in ice (as shown above). This shirt was very comfortable, breathable, and even wrinkle resistant! Overall I love the shirt, the simple yet trendy styling really appeals to my taste. The price is reasonable and I now have a great “go to” piece to add to my wardrobe.
Here are some of my favorite pieces from their current line!
Can you believe it is on sale for $19? It’s true!

This Harper shirt looks super comfortable and flattering on a number of figures.
This is on sale for an amazing $17!
