I have confirmed my email with them and everything but it won’t get past that screen so there is no survey for me to fill out
Hmm…try going to http://www.bluum.com and signing in. If it allows you to sign in there should be a blue “Take the Survey” box that will lead you to the survey that you can fill out and enter your promo code at the end. If it won’t allow you to log in try contacting them at contact@bluum.com. Let me know if you get it worked out!
