Mortgage Apple Cake?

Have you heard about Angela Logan and her Mortgage Apple Cake? It’s inspiring to say the least! Mrs. Logan, a single mom with three kids had a “construction fiasco” which resulted in a foreclosure notice on her home. She and her kids came together with the idea to bake and sell cakes to cover the remaining payment…a payment of $2,500! This large payment was due in two weeks so the family had to come together and work hard.
