As Americans, we all know how blessed we are and if we didn’t think of it much before we can certainly count our blessings after hearing about the horrendous disaster in Haiti. No matter what your financial situation right now, I hope you’ll remember that even a little, little donation helps–your $1 or $5 adds in with so many others to make a BIG difference! I just heard that $8 million (and counting!) was been raised for the Red Cross by social media through texting, Twittering, and Facebook! That HUGE number comes from lots of people donating small amounts. Please give what you can, big or small!

Reaching for Comfort

I wanted to let you know of this situation and hope that you can join me in praying. Dr. Garlock, the father in law of Ron Hamilton (aka Patch the Pirtae) traveled to Haiti for the first time January 6th to preach at the invitation of Mission for Haiti at the Hosana Baptist Church and Bible Seminary. Dr. Garlock and missionary Sarah Bennet, who is the mission head, have not been heard from since the January 12th earthquake. Several ministries in the city of Jacmel have been contacted and promised to look for them. Please pray with me and others for God’s protection and His perfect will to be accomplished.
UPDATE: Praise the Lord! Dr. Frank Garlock, Sarah Bennet & Pastor Dieupie Cherubin of Hosana Baptist Church have been found and are fine. MajestyMusic.com promised more details later and they thank us all for praying.

This is a printable PDF coupon and it doesn’t expire until January 30, 2010.
