    I have signed up for the free offer of this new product. I never received the offer. I am a big user of Redken products and wanted to try this product.

    Hmm, I’m not sure what to tell you Cheryl. Sometimes when they run out of a sample they don’t notify everyone. Perhaps if you email them they may find a sample for you or they may say that it’s on it’s way. Some samples take as long as 8 weeks to arrive. I wish I could be of more help!

    Just found your site while searching for the IntraForce Starter Kit on Google. FYI I literally just received an email from Redken that I qualified for this kit that I had completely forgotten about and it said I should receive it in by the end of May! Check your spam folders because that is where my email was. 🙂

    i am a big redken fan. been certified in retail, color, cutting, styling… i have been using nioxin for years, would like to try something new… hope to hear from you soon about my free starter kit… i have been in buisness for 45 years and am a cosmetology instructor for the last 3… looks really exciting.. thank you victoria harrison
