This Saturday, January 12, 2013, from 11 AM-3 PM, Sam’s Club will host five free health screenings at all Club locations with a pharmacy to both members and the public. These screenings will include free in-Club health tests (which are regularly valued at up to $100!). This includes: Glucose, Total cholesterol, Blood pressure, Body mass index (BMI) and Vision screening/testing.
