I’ve used Crest Whitestrips before and have had nothing but good things to say about them. A while ago Walmart gave me a box of the new and improved Crest Whitestrips Advanced Seal to try. Although I have had a good experience with the original Crest Whitestrips I have to say there is a noticeable difference in the new Advanced Seal strips. These strips went on easier, fit much better, and stayed on my teeth better. So much so that I accidentally left them on for two hours instead of the recommended 30 minutes. My teeth were a little sensitive so I skipped a day and then I was fine and went back into my routine. I usually put them on right before I got in the shower and took them out when I was ready to head to work. I love that with these strips in my mouth I could talk and actually be understood.

Overall, Crest Whitestrips are an affordable way to whiten your teeth at home. There are only $45 for 14 strips. I’ve tried several teeth whitening products in the past, and for me, Crest Whitestrips are currently the best value, easiest to use, and the only one (that I’ve found that offer coupons).

I just heard horrific news! A Sea World trainer was killed by Shamu. The incident didn’t happen during a show but there were people around watching. A witness called FoxNews and told what he saw. Apparently, the whale was angry and grabbed the trainer from the land into the water so quickly that her shoes came off. He said that the Sea World staff was great about ushering out the audience quickly. What a tragedy! How does a parent explain that to a child? Pray for the family immediately effected and all those who witnessed this awful event. This is yet another reminder of how brief this life really is.

For those of you who know me personally, you know that I’ve always been a HUGE fan of General Hospital.

I have been watching GH since I was a little girl. My mom was always a Soap Opera watcher so naturally I grew up watching it too. I will admit that I am too young to have ever seen Luke & Laura’s 1st wedding, but I did see the re-runs of it — and my mom never let me forget that it was more popular than Princess Diana’s wedding.

I remember coming home from school and eating my afternoon snack while I watched GH with my grandmother. Even before kindergarten I remember watching it while my mom folded clothes and did light housework.

I also remember being a kid in the summer time and waiting with my mom or grandmother (they were both huge fans) for GH to start at 3pm. I can remember crying when Lila died in real life. I feel like GH is a part of my family. Yes, I know that sounds crazy but it’s been a part of my life for so long now.

General Hospital has changed quite a bit over the years with many characters coming & going & then coming back again from the dead or even coming back as a ghost (remember Alan Q? yea), but that’s alright because it has continued to bring the drama and relaxing escape for me that it always has. I’m not sure why but for some reason it’s easy to relax and forget about my worries and stresses while I watch someone elses.

Now, here’s some exciting news, I have the great privilege of being an official General Hospital Brand Ambassador!!! Now you’re probably sitting there thinking to yourself so, what’s that mean?

Last week a told everyone how I am a brand Ambassador for The View. I get to share with you upcoming story-lines and what I think of the show. Today one of the hot topics mentioned was regarding the Tiger Woods press conference. Now I am not going to lie and say I watched it because I didn’t…even though I watched snippets of it on the news. Between the news snippets, Facebook, and Twitter I think I pretty much heard all there was to hear on the subject. It is everywhere and I am sick of hearing about it. What do you think?
