Snapple has a new mail-in rebate for a free 6 pack of Snapple (up to $6.99).  If you have submitted a Snapple mail-in rebate in the past you are still eligible for this offer.  Offer not valid in Rhode Island.

Some stores may have an official rebate form on a tear pad near the Snapple drinks but you don’t need that to request a rebate.  Instead you can simply provide the following information on an index card:

Name
Address
Phone and/or email address
Flavor purchase
Price paid
Store name

Along with your card (or official rebate form), you will need to send your original receipt dated between 3/27 – 6/30/11 and the UPC code found on the Snapple box.  Envelope must be postmarked by July 11, 2011. Allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery of rebate check.

Unlike normal rebates this one has a limit of 1 rebate request per person and up to 5 requests her household.  There can even be multiple Snapple products in one transaction as long as the receipt shows multiple purchases.
