Looking for something fun to do with the kids today?  Dress them up in their Halloween costumes and head over to IHOP.  Today only, Oct. 28th from 7am – 10pm, kids under twelve {dressed in costume} will receive a Free Count Spatula pancake!  Limit one per child.
