I cannot wait to try these yummy Cookie Dough Truffles for myself!  Mmm, I love me some cookie dough.  This is a safe, egg- free, way to indulge in yummy cookie dough with the added goodness of a chocolate coating.  I really need to make these soon.  Let me know what you think of the recipe.
