This sounds like a great way to get a start on post-baby weight loss! I admit I’ve had a hard time keeping on track after having a second baby and this would be a great system to help! Can’t wait to see how it goes for you!

I think it’s great you can have a weight loss system personalized to you. Nutrisystem is doing it right. It’s not one size fits all when it comes to a weight loss program.

I know a couple people that have done well on this diet. I have never tried it because I love to cook but for those that don’t, this is a perfect way to lose some pounds.
