I have to admit that after my second child I have to accept the fact that LBL would just be a part of my life. Poise works the best by far to make dealing with it easier.

I had this problem after my second child! it’s better now but I do worry about it returning. It’s nice to know there are products to help!

After giving birth to three kids, this is definitely an issue I have to deal with too. Thank you for this detailed review. I’ve always wondered if it was worth trying Poise.

Honestly, I have had 6 kids. If I breathe to hard I have to worry, so forget about laughing or sneezing.

I had issues after having my second child and just had to accept it. With my third daughter just arriving about three months ago I have been reminded yet again. I use Poise, they work!

I hate when I get a cold because I know sneezing or coughing can cause this with me too. Poise is a useful product.
