These are great tips. I try to stay as healthy as possible and get as much exercise as I can.

This is a great list. I try to do most all of them. When I had my hysterectomy last year I refused any kind of HRT. I’d rather go through “the change” way early than put myself at risk like that.

My aunt had breast cancer and my mother and grandmother had cancer so I always need prevention tips. Thanks for sharing.

I was just reading another article this morning about how the number of younger women getting breast cancer has doubled since around the time I was born. Scary. I was glad to read your article because I want to be as healthy as possible!

My grandmother had breast cancer & many family members have had other cancers so I can use all of the prevention tips I can get!
