I always have this fear that my meat thermometer is off and it has caused me to overcook stuff before. I get so nervous about taking the chicken out of the oven before it’s fully up to temperature, but it gets so dry when it’s overcooked so I hate when I KNOW my thermometer is off. I need one of these…seriously.
