After you’ve arrived on P&G’s site you can sign in or register to request your free coupon book. It’s free to sign up and they will send you a enewsletter monthly which has no effect on your coupon book so you can unsubscribe from that if you want to. You’re only allowed to request one coupon book every 30 days and I post about it every 30 days to remind everyone. I hope this helps! Let me know if you still have questions.
