NoMoreRack.com Review

NoMoreRack

If you have been a reader long you know that I love NoMoreRack!  Through their Friend Deals I’ve been able to score some awesome giveaway items for the site and a few things for myself.  {By the way, take a look at their Friend Deals and let me know what you would like for me to try to “earn” for our next giveaway}  I have promoted their Insane Deals, Daily Deals, and Friend Deals – I love them all!

Each day brings 8 new deals, and one extra deal where part or all of the proceeds go to a charity.  They have everything on there from toys, iPhone covers, and lip gloss to designer shoes, handbags, and clothes!  I’ve bought a good handful of Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers this way.

You may remember that a few weeks ago NoMoreRack was hacked and the internet lit up with complaints.  People were outraged and saying that it was a scam.  It’s not true, there is not a NoMoreRack scam.  It simply is not true.  They are a legitimate company that sells legitimate heavily discounted items!  Sometimes the shipping may be slow but that’s the only complaint I have.

Whether we like it or not, companies of all sizes get hacked every year so it’s best to always use safety precautions when shopping online.  I suggest not storing your credit card information on a website for quick checkout and when possible opt for Paypal or Google check out.  When you pay through a third party site you do have to take a few seconds to log in an extra time but doing so means that your credit card/banking information will not be stored in the online store’s database, giving you an extra level of protection.

No matter what NoMoreRack reviews you’ve read, positive or negative, take a few minutes and check it out for yourself!  I think it’s a great way to score deals and save money but that’s just my opinion.  If you like the site, great.  If you don’t, that’s okay too!  I just don’t want anyone missing out on a good steal because they have heard false rumors.

Brought to you by your friends at NoMoreRack.com!

  1. Nomorerack is a fantastic website!

    • LOL – ya sold me! NOT.

      • I just posted a question on the FB page and got a reply in seconds telling me to call customer service and excuse about vendor issues, bla bla bla. I’ve placed two different orders and haven’t seen either yet so can’t attest to the quality of the products, but I will be disputing charges to my credit card if they don’t arrive before the bill is due.

  2. This company has been nothing but a rip off. Purchased an item then canceled it within 12 hours, was told it would take 10 to 14 days to get a credit card refund or 24 hours to get in store credit. Chose the in store credit because I was buying a Christmas present to send to the east coast. It took 3 weeks to get the credit $76.00 and then when ever I try to use it (to this day) I am told either there is not enough credit $50 item or credit is not allowed for an item!!!

Their customer service is nothing more then form emails..

Also bought a watch within that first 12 hours on this site, 2 weeks later I get an email with direction to fed-ex and a tracking number. This is 2 weeks ago and that tracking number does not exist. Tried tracking it from the order history and it sent me to the USPS, again tracking number does not exist. Several emails to NOMORERACK.COM and again nothing but for letters and lies no answers. I think it is based some where english is not spoken .

This site should be closed and legal action taken against it by all those who have been ripped off, Credit Card compaines ishould be urged to disallow the use of their cards on tghis site and Paypal should ban it. I personally am filing complaints to help aid in this…. I have saved every peice of documentation and I am forwarding them to the appropriate fraud investigators as stated.

    STAY AWAY FROM “NOMORERACK .COM”

i have been going on several websites and reading “real” reviews from regular people, and they all seem to be the same. this website seems like a real scam. how do they expect to make profit from selling a $400 item for $25? it makes no sense. i really hoped this site was true but apparently its not. how they got recognized on magazines and TV shows is beyond me. i atleast know to stay away from this website

      • I’m a real person, I promise! 🙂 My opinion is in favor of it but like all things, there are pros and cons and people for and against it. In the end everyone has to make their own decision.

        • if that were the case why is it there arent any customer reviews in favor of the site. i also think its interesting that you havent made any comments on the fact that it is almost crippilingly impossible to get in contact with no more racks customer service and receive a stragihts answer or to receive a refund.

          • Why aren’t there more positive reviews of the site? Why weren’t there more sunny days this week? lol I don’t know, I’m not in control of that. I’m only responsible for what I write and because I’m responsible for that I can’t comment on the fact that “it is almost cripplingly impossible to get in contact with no more rack’s customer service” because I haven’t had to contact them therefore I have no opinion on the matter. However, you may notice that someone from their company has commented on this blog post offering to help people who need it. I’d say that’s pretty nice of them, wouldn’t you?

    • I paid for a $12 hat that was advertised there. Rather than send the hat to me, they said wait 2-3 weeks and they would send me a voucher so I could enter that # at the vendor’s website to get my hat.
Then they told me to go back to their website and I could get the voucher # there. Of course it was NOT there.
I will contact CapitalOne and stop the charge. This credit card company is very helpful in these matters.

    • This place is an absolute joke and a total scam. It’s gotten so bad that I’ve filed a complaint with my state’s Attorney General. I hope this site is shut down soon before they rip even more people off!

  3. I have been waiting for a package from Nov 2011 it is now January. Your given a fake tracking number to ups today I called my bank. I’ll let them handle it. No number to reach them every respond was the same email. What a waste of time. One order I did recieve look so cheap….You get what you pay for. What a rip off ,nothing but a big Scam.

  4. Tim Johnson2009 says

Well I purchased a Mystery Box last month based on your glowing review of how cool they are and guess what? No order yet. Are you going to refund me the $50? I bet you aren’t. So before you endorse something think twice. I will not follow your advice in the future.

    • Sometimes orders take longer than 4 weeks to receive. I would contact them for an approximate arrival date.

      • kiwi_fruits2000 says

Perhaps you should do a Google search on Nomorerack scam and see how effective trying to contact this company is. I admit to having ordered some things from this company and receiving them, however, I have not received a pair of earrings and a necklace I ordered last month. I e-mailed the company about it, and got a standard form response. Still waiting……..I won’t be ordering from them again.

  5. I started ordering things off of NoMorerack.com on December 1st, 2011. I ordered December 1st, 3rd, 6st, 8th, and 14th. Out of 5 orders I have only been delivered 1 and that was the order for december 6st. It has been 2 months without the rest and I really think that if you are going to order things be prepared because you might not get everything you order. I am a real person too and this real person did not get 4 out of 5 different orders placed in december. They do not even know where my orders are at. They are unable to located them. I know this because I wrote them about the orders and they did responded in a short amount of time and could not tell me where my orders were. They did give me store credit on the shipping of $2 for each item. The items were the ones that were offered free, you just pay the $2 shipping fee. If you expect to see those type of items I think you will have a slim chance. The item I did get was an item that I spent a little on. Buyer Beware. I now have a store credit that I don’t want to use because I am likely not to get it. I should have been given a refund like I asked for.

  6. Well finally got both orders weeks later. Not the best quality. I’m guessing they get the orders send them to China where they are made based on the orders they received and then shipped as cheaply as possible. I won’t be ordering anything else.

  7. I thought you said you were a real person?

  8. i ordered 3 things from them and i receive everything in 10 days. i ordered jewelry and Tablet. everything in good condition. yesterday i tried my tablet and it works. don’t know why so many complaints on this site. may be i am lucky.

  9. my order was about $ 120. and after ordering i read all the complaints about NOMORERACK. i thought that i will never see my things after i read all reviews. but so far,so good.

  10. You are so wrong. This company practices fraud and bait and switch advertising. I ordered one product, and they sent me a totally inferior product made by another company. On another order I placed around the same time, they never sent me one item. Their customer service department was totally not helpful – they expected me to ship the product back to them, at my expense, and then trust that they would eventually give me an in-store credit. 2 problems with that plan – why should I pay the shipping for their “mistake” and why would I want in-store credit after the run-around they gave me. And have you seen how many complaints there are from people who have been through similar scams with this company? Did you see that their BBB rating is an F because they do not care about resolving complaints and they routinely send the wrong product, damaged merchandise, used merchandise, or nothing at all? Stay away from this company!

Ashley, do you really want to tie your reputation to a company that has ripped off so many people? “Take a few minutes to check it out” implies, if it looks good on the website, then put some of your money behind it and buy something. But things do look good on the website; that’s the problem. It’s only when you’re holding it in your hand or plugging it in and find that it’s junk, that you’re stuck with returning it and trying to get a refund.

    • AshleyWalkup says

I didn’t realize I was staking my entire reputation on my opinion of this company. These are my legitimate, honest thoughts and experiences with this company. To say anything other wise would be lying. “Take a few minutes to check it out” means just that. Check it out and do your own research for yourself. See? I’m not telling you to invest your money or buy stock, I’m saying to see for yourself if it’s something you want to take part in. Research it on the BBB and read reviews. It’s ultimately your decision, I was just sharing about a good experience I had. I’m sorry that you feel I’ve tarnished my reputation because of it.

      • Mark Bolton says

Your reputation get tarnished because so many companies pay bloggers in incentives and advertisements to put in positive reviews about the company. In fact, NoMoreRack has done an intensive advertisement on your site. This could be construed as being bias toward a advertiser. Rather or not you fall into that category, you open yourself up to criticism when you endorse a company that has so many problems. I would be hesitant to give you any credibility of having an unbiased opinion when you are being supported by the company in question. It is almost is in the range of a paid celebrity spouting praises for a company in a infomercial.
As for checking with the BBB, they have been given a D- rating terms of their service and consumer complaints.

        • AshleyWalkup says

An intensive advertisement? lol I wish I got paid what you think I did. Maybe I should update this post because I’m currently waiting on a Christmas gift to arrive that I ordered months and months ago. I should contact them to follow up but I haven’t yet.

          • Mark Bolton says

Ahh I just looked up your advertising for them in which you encourage people to buy from them and refer them to their friends. So counting if you have a following that actually reads your blog and clicks on the link then you have made money from them.

            http://embracingbeauty.com/2011/12/15/nomorerack-com-refer-friends-and-earn-apple-products/

Hmmm….. Again I stand by the comment that most blogger have a bias and a personal interest (financial gain) in promoting the company. I also researched where the company has did this deceitful type of practice before under assumed names. This is sad that this practice continues and undermines the confidence people have in supposedly independent bloggers. Maybe more blogger should be more concern about their readers then promoting companies that rate a D- from the BBB. They would find that when people see through them, they lose people confidence as well as their interest in their blogs.

          • AshleyWalkup says

This is a two year old post and they didn’t have a bad BBB ranking when I wrote the post. If you were a follower back when I was promoting them regularly you would know that the credits I earned through their program were used to “buy” products that I gave away on my blog. I promoted them because I liked them but you don’t have to believe me. I DO make money from my blog and I’m open about that but I can promise you I didn’t make my “millions” from NoMoreRack.
