The lady I spoke with was incredibly friendly and the whole call took less than a minute.
If you call after office hours just wait till the end of their message to leave your request and information. If you hear the message that their mailbox is full call again during office hours. There is a limit of 1 per household. You should receive your free razor in 4-6 weeks.
